Through a thorough assessment of your medical history, current concerns, and relationship dynamics, we work with you to establish goals and identify interventions to achieve those goals. We provide education, resources, and assignments to support your progress, and offer follow-up appointments to track your journey towards lasting resolution. We also make referrals to associated providers, such as gynecologists, pelvic floor physical therapists, and sexual trauma therapists, as needed.
