Beyond her role as a devoted mother and student, MaryAnn is a professional writer with a wealth of creative accomplishments, including six completed manuscripts and current work on a degree in Graphic Design.
Her journey as an ovarian cancer survivor, coupled with her volunteer work with Intimate Pathways and Survivors Teaching Students, showcases her unwavering commitment to advocacy and support within the healthcare community. As a former patient of Intimate Pathways, MaryAnn’s firsthand experience uniquely positions her to offer insights and perspectives crucial to our organization’s mission and goals.
Her triumphant battle against cancer, marked by early detection, treatment, and eventual victory, exemplifies her resilience and determination. MaryAnn’s willingness to share her story and support other women facing similar challenges embodies the spirit of compassion and solidarity that defines our organization.
